Before returning the product, you must have contacted the service department of apteka.gr

- The company must return the money within 14 days from the receipt of the cancellation request, regardless of the receipt of the products at our headquarters. However, refunds may be delayed if the company does not receive proof of return.

- Returns should be made by courier company and not by post.

- In case of use of the product or alteration of their original packaging, the return is not accepted.

- In case of invoice, the return must be made with a delivery note. In case of invoice issuance, the return must be made with a delivery note.

- The return must be made within 14 calendar days from the day of receipt and return conditions must be met (eg the product does not have to be opened and is in excellent condition for this reason we recommend shipping the product in a suitable package - not an envelope.

- In case of defective product or shipping error, we proceed with replacement or refund corresponding to the value of the products, following the following Return Procedure:

- Pack and send the package with the products with the courier company of apteka.gr (SPEEDEX) and at the recipient's expense. In the shipping package, you will have placed a note informing us of the problem that has arisen with the returned product, as well as the proof of purchase.

- If the return conditions apply, we will proceed with a relative replacement or credit of the corresponding amount in your bank account, Every Pay or credit if the initial payment was made in this way.

Order cancellation

Baby milk products, baby creams, snacks, ready-made baby meals and refrigerated products are non-refundable.

Product changes that are part of the offer package are not accepted. The entire package must be replaced.

Shipping Costs and Methods

apteka.gr cooperates with SPEEDEX A.E. and the following are valid terms

For delivery with delivery the next working day, the charge is set at € 2.40 (24% VAT included) up to 2 kg weight. For each additional kilo, the charge amounts to 0.90 € (24% VAT included).

CASH CASH

For each shipment with cash on delivery order, the extra charge is set at € 2 (24% VAT included).

* Shipping times may change due to unstable factors such as: non-immediate availability of the product, strikes, delays of transport companies, holidays, etc.

According to IATA regulations, the charge for each shipment depends on its volume and weight. In case the result of the volume measurement of the shipment (LENGTH X HEIGHT X WIDTH in centimeters / 5,000) is greater than the weighing weight, the charge is made according to the result of the titration. For shipments to Cyprus and Bulgaria the maximum weight per shipment is 32 kg and each shipment can consist of only one piece.
